IMG_0005

As a major leaguer Bob Klaus has a pretty forgettable career: 590 at bats over two seasons, hitting .208 with a .592 OPS.

But he had a fantastic career in the Pacific Coast League, mostly with San Diego. In the minors he was an infielder with a little pop and high on base percentage. His 1966 season was particularly impressive: 473 at bats,
.433 OBP with 15 HR and a .836 OPS.
