From the Collection: Jered Weaver, rhp, Angels

IMG_0065

Weaver was the 12th overall pick of the 2004 draft.  He has spent his entire 8 year career with the Angels, and has been one of the more consistent pitchers in the league.  He won 20 games in 2012, and almost took home the Cy Young.  Last year was not quite as good…but I will give him a pass since the Angels seemed like a miserable team for anyone to be playing on.

Weaver has been selected to three All-Star teams, and pitched a no-hitter against the Twins in 2012.
