Adam Davis was selected by the San Francisco Giants in the 12th round of the 2007 MLB Draft.  He would get the the South Atlantic League (A-Ball) before leaving the organization in 2009 to join the independent league Lake Erie Crushers.  Davis went to Kent State, so the Crushers were a logical team for him to join.

While his numbers while in the Giants system were not bad, he has been a monster with Lake Erie.  He has been selected to the Frontier League All-Star Team four times, and was the Championship Series MVP in 2009.
