New Arrival: Steve Hargan, sp, Cleveland Indians

Steve Hargan is one of the better pitchers in Indians history.

The Indians did not win a lot in the 60’s, but they were still a team that you did not enjoyed facing–especially in the late 60’s.  And you can thank the rotation for that.  The 1967 rotation is easily one of the best that the franchise has every trotted out.

Hargan would only be selected to one All-Star team, but he was a very good pitcher.  He would leave the Indians in 1972, and be out of baseball by 1977, but had a career that he should be very proud of.
