From the Collection: Jhonny Peralta, ss, St. Louis Cardinals

2006 Bowman Heritage

Jhonny Peralta really wore out his welcome in Cleveland, and was traded to the Tigers in 2010 for Giovani Soto.  Since leaving he has been as uneven as he was with the Tribe, but when he is on…he is on.  He hits with quite a bit of power with a shortstop, and despite the eye test he is actually a pretty passable shortstop.  And for what seems like the millionth time since leaving Cleveland, he is still playing deep into the playoffs.
