2006 Topps 52 Edward Mujica

Edward Mujica was originally signed by the Indians as a free agent in 2001.  He would spend parts of three seasons with the Tribe before being traded to the Padres for pretty much nothing.  It was a pretty forgettable trade at the time, since he was not really performing all that well with the big league club.

He would improve in 2009, and by 2010 was more than solid pen arm.  In 2013 he was the Cardinals closer and tallied 37 saves and and All-Start selection.  He had a rough time of it in Boston this season, going from a 1.005 WHIP in 2013 to 1.383 WHIP in 2014.
