New Arrival: Tyler Naquin, of, Cleveland Indians

On the season Naquin is hitting .318/.376/.551 with 5 HR. His defense has not always been perfect…but I am willing to overlook that. With the loss of Brantley to injury and both Almonte and Marlon Byrd suspended due to PED use, one would think the outfield would be the team weakness. But someone a mix of Chisenhall, Naquin, Rajai Davis and Michael Martinez have kept things together.

I will be the first to admit that Naquin is probably hitting over his head. His BAbip is high a .453, so he has been getting lucky. I don’t care, and am enjoying what he is doing now.
