From the Field: Logan Ice, c, Cleveland Indians

Logan Ice was selected by Indians in the supplemental second round of 2016 draft out of Oregon State.

Ice had a bumpy first year as a pro, hitting .198/.329/.302 in 126 at bats in short-season ball. But there is still plenty to like. He has advanced strike zone discipline and plus defense, so I really think that a winter off and a fresh start in 2017–hopefully at Low-A Lake County–will be all that he needs to get back on track.
