2017 Gypsy Queen

When I was growing up we had the shortstop threesome of Nomar/Jeter/Garciaparra. They were good.

Now? We have Lindor/Correa/Seager, which I think has the potential to be as good, if not better, than those mid-90’s juggernauts.

I have been a fan of Correa since he was in the low minors–there is something about a shortstop with a bat that can his 30 home runs a year that is very exciting to me.

I got this 2017 Topps Gyspy Queen a couple weeks ago. Nice autograph. I am a little bummed that the fronts are as glossy as they are–the potential for dinked autographs is high. This is actually the second copy I had to buy, since the first has a slight autograph smear that was going to drive me nuts. But this was turned out OK.
